Leica Battery Charger BC-DC11 for Leica C

The BC-DC11 Battery Charger Kit from Leica is for use with the BC-DC7 rechargeable battery and Leica C digital camera. The charger has a type-A USB port that it uses with the charging cable. Charging cable is included. It is noted by Leica that the charger may generate a little noise and heat when in use, and this is not a malfunction. The battery will retain a charge for a long time but eventually run out if it is unused for long periods of time. As with all device chargers it should be unplugged from the electrical outlet to conserve electricity that is wasted as heat. This charger will also work with the Leica V-Lux 40.
