This adapter allows the Leica ELPRO 1:2-1:1 for APO-Macro-Elmarit-R 100mm f/2.8 (Leica product code 16545) to be mounted on the Leica APO-Macro-Summarit-S 120mm f/2.5 to achieve 1:1 magnification. Please note that you will lose infinity focus once the adapter is attached.
